1. PVC Card Dimensions for Printing

To print ID cards onto plastic PVC stock, images must match the standard CR80 card template size (85.6mm x 53.98mm).

2. Aligning Front and Back Scans

Crop the front and back of the ID scan. Our layout tool places both sides together on an A4 sheet for easy printing and cutting.
